“Why do we fall, sir?”

Every day, every one of us go through paths of hell and heaven to achieve or overcome what we desire the most, whether that be looking for a job, mourning over the passing of a loved one or getting over a heartbreak.

But the most important thing is, in all of these scenarios, we fall, we fall right on our face and that’s when we think everything is falling apart. We seem to slowly lose that tiny bit of resemblance of hope that we had in our hearts, that hey, everything is gonna be alright, but then suddenly we feel everything is falling apart.

That’s when a little voice inside us talks to us, asks us, that, why do we fall? So that we can learn to pick ourselves up.

Now this quote is actually from the movie ‘The Dark Knight’. But the message behind this is that no matter how hard we fall, may that be right on our face, in the end we will always learn to pick ourselves up and move on. We have to pick ourselves up, because no one else is going to that, no one will be there for us, except us.

Because that is what life is all about, to move on. We will face hardships, barriers that will block our path to success, but what is success without any struggles? What is the fun in that? How will we be an inspiration to others if our success involves no struggles at all? 🙂
